Freezer paper is used in many ways by quilters and is very useful. It is designed for wrapping food to put in the freezer but is really only used for craft in the UK. I have used it for making labels, stabilising fabric for printing and making applique shapes. The paper has a rough side which is like normal paper and can be drawn on. The other side is shiny and if you place fabric onto the shiny side and iron, it sticks to the freezer paper. The wonderful thing is that it then peels off again really easily.
