Machine Quilting

Quilting using a sewing machine can be quick and simple or really complex. Using a walking foot you can quickly quilt in straight lines, and with practise, gentle curves too. For more complex designs you can use a darning foot on the machine and quilt whatever pattern you like. A really good way to practise free motion quilting is to doodle on paper, filling areas without lifting the pencil from the paper.
